1) HIIT or High Intensity Interval Training can give your metabolism a gigantic boost in as little as 15 - 30 minutes! An easy way to get this in is by hitting the air-dyne bike (one with the handles that move) for 30 second intervals of work followed by 60 seconds of easy pedaling. Do this for 10-15 rounds (not including a warm up and cool down) and you’ll be getting a boosted metabolism in under 30 minutes.
