"You cannot outtrain a poor diet"

This is not our quote but it's so true.

If you eat 4000 kcals per day of processed foods, 200kcals burned in the workout make less difference than when a person does the same workout and changes their eating to 3000kcals per day.

Extreme example but you get the point.
